Don’t be so pervy, it’s beer porn. Last Friday after cleaning the brewery we had some time to spare so we did a little photo shoot of our Hot Blonde Jalapeño Blonde Ale.

What a gorgeous beer! Am I right? You bet I am. This beautiful beverage is one of our most sought after brews. With your first drink you’ll taste the pepper, not the heat, but the fresh, earthy flavor of the jalapeño mixed with a slight sweetness and just a touch of hop bitterness to balance it all out. As you swallow, the light malt character gives way to a rush of heat that starts in the throat and moves forward on the tongue. Not so much heat that you’re looking for another beverage to put out the fire, but just the right amount to let you know it’s there. Deliciousness defined my friends.
