I know it’s Monday, but you should be happy. Not just because I’ve brought you some pretty beer pictures, but because we have a short work week! That’s right, just four short days until a nice long weekend!
So let’s get right down to it. Friday night Brian, Seth and I got together to bottle our Hot Blonde Jalapeño Blonde Ale, keg our Cream Ale, and transfer the IPA to secondary and do the first round of dry hopping.
Here’s Seth filling the bottles with the Hot Blonde. We ended up with 81 beautiful bottles of beer.
This is the Cream Ale filling keg number one. This one will be ready to bottle this Friday.
The IPA had a hearty fermentation.
This is the IPA being transferred to secondary. Gorgeous brew!
Adding the first round of Citra. Another round to come on Wednesday.
Finally, here’s Brian showing you the color of the IPA. By the way, it smells and tastes fantastic!
Well, that’s about it! I hope you all have a great week and a safe holiday weekend. Until next time…
