Friday night the Regular Guys got together to brew our Hot Blonde Jalapeño Blonde Ale. This one was a special brew, because the entire five gallons is being entered into a friendly competition. That’s right, we won’t get to enjoy the fruits of our labor this time around. The enjoyment we’ll get is seeing 200 tasters try our beer in one afternoon! Pretty cool right?!? We think so. So there you have it, another successful brew. Our efficiency was at 84% and we hit all of our numbers.  Another plus, we finished in record time! All in all, it was a great night!
