Don’t be so pervy, it’s beer porn. Last Friday after cleaning the brewery we had some time to spare so we did a little photo shoot of our Hot Blonde Jalapeño Blonde Ale.

Keeping in the spirit of our first times that Seth wrote about the other day, I thought I’d share my first time with craft brews as well. I touched on my more recent experience with all the complex flavors and aromas in a post titled Beer Noob back when we first started brewing. We were doing “research and development” one night and was blown away by all the varieties of craft beer I had never tried. My first time actually goes back a few years prior.
I was working for a Miller-Coors distributor, which was a dream come true for me as my favorite beer at the time was Coors Light (I know, I know), but we also distributed quite a few imports and craft beers I had never heard of. Continue reading

Woohoo! Today is Friday! After a long week of working for the man it’s finally time to round up the Regular Guys and have a meeting of the minds! I’m very excited about this meeting. Why you ask? Because amongst the other important items on our agenda, we’re going to shoot some beer porn! Sexy Regular Guy beer in pint glasses! In bottles! In bottles wearing tiny bottle bikinis! Naked bottles? Sure why not!
Get yourself all hot and bothered thinking about it and we’ll post the pictures ASAP!

On Sunday I talked about the numerous businesses that Brian, Seth and I have been involved in over the years and it brought back so many fond memories. Namely memories of our video production days. As I was going through old files on the computer I realized how many times our “production company” changed names. I know this has nothing to do with beer or brewing, but I figured I would share anyway. If I have to connect this to beer to make it relevant to the blog, we did drink a lot of it while writing, shooting and editing our videos and films!
Here we go!
This was Seth’s production company before we met.
This was my production company before we met. We eventually merged the two houses.
After a brief hiatus, we joined forces and two companies were formed. WTF was for films.
1019 Creative was for corporate stuff.
Then every time we entered a festival we changed our name. Because we’re cool like that.
New festival, new name.
Another festival, another name.
We changed it again!
Who knows, maybe next time it’ll be this!
So there you have it. I know it’s not necessarily about beer, but it is an insight into who we are and what we do and have done. Once we get our YouTube channel up and running we’ll share all of our little gems. Until then you’ll just have to be patient. I mean you’ve waited this long, you can wait a little longer. Geez.
